Replacement Policy

At PihuFashion, we value your satisfaction. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide replacements in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

✅ When is a Replacement Accepted ?

We offer replacements in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • The product delivered is incorrect in size, color, or style.

❗Important Conditions:

  • You must request a replacement within 4 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.
  • You may choose to exchange for the same product or any other product of equal or higher value from our store (price difference to be paid, if applicable).
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.

🔁 Replacement Process:

  • Contact our customer service team at +91 8866410620 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to initiate a replacement or exchange request.
  • Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  • Make sure to attach the unboxing video when messaging our support number.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions and any additional steps required.

How To Exchange Products ?

  • Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping cost. You must send the return parcel to our warehouse address at your own expense.
  • We currently do not offer reverse pickup services, so please arrange the return shipment yourself.
  • In special cases where a reverse pickup is arranged by us, a charge of ₹250 will apply and must be paid by the customer.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the return parcel.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or exchange to be approved.

Exceptions:

  • Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (if hygiene seals are removed), and personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.
  • Damaged or Defective Items : If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Our team will assist you and work to resolve the issue promptly.

🚚 Notes:

  • Replacement is processed only after receiving and verifying the returned item.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Replacement shipping is free from our side.

All the legal cases will be the treated in only AHMEDABAD jurisdiction court.
